Common use of Section 8.2.5 Clause in Contracts

Section 8.2.5. 33 Security personnel may cash out vacation leave on non-school attendance days, winter and 34 spring break or summer vacation, provided however, that requests for vacation leave may be 35 approved at other times as mutually agreed between the employee and the employee's 36 supervisor.
