Common use of Section 8.2.4 Clause in Contracts

Section 8.2.4. 39 All hours worked will be counted in the computation of vacation credit, and hours worked at 40 premium rates shall be counted as straight-time hours in such computation. For every regular 41 workday from which an employee is absent due to a compensated leave, the hours of the 42 employee's normal work shift shall be credited as if worked.
