Common use of Section 7.4 Clause in Contracts

Section 7.4. 2 The work week shall consist of five (5) consecutive days, Monday through Friday, followed by two (2) 3 consecutive days of rest, Saturday and Sunday.

Section 7.4. 2 21 The work week normal workweek shall consist of five (5) consecutive days, Monday through Friday, followed by 22 two (2) 3 consecutive days of rest, Saturday and Sunday; provided, however, the District may assign an 24 days of rest. Provided, further, the above may be waived by mutual consent of the District and the 25 employee involved.

Section 7.4. 2 9 The work week workweek shall consist of five (5) consecutive days, Monday through Friday, followed by two (2) 3 10 consecutive days of rest, Saturday Saturday, and Sunday; provided however, the District may assign an 11 employee to a workweek of any five (5) consecutive days which are followed by two (2) consecutive 12 days of rest.

Section 7.4. 2 47 The work week shall consist of five (5) consecutive days, Monday through Friday, followed by two (2) 3 48 consecutive days of rest, Saturday and Sunday.
