Common use of Section 7.4 Clause in Contracts

Section 7.4. 30 In the event an employee is assigned to a shift less than the normal work shift previously defined in the 31 Article, the employee shall be given a fifteen (15) minute rest period for each two (2) hours of work.

Section 7.4. 30 27 In the event an employee is assigned to a shift less than the normal work shift previously defined in the 31 28 this Article, the employee shall be given a fifteen (15) minute rest period for each two four (24) hours of 29 work.

Section 7.4. 30 2 In the event an employee is assigned to a shift less than the normal work shift previously defined in the 31 3 this Article, the employee shall be given a fifteen (15) minute rest period for each 4 consecutive/continuous four (4) hours of work. Employees assigned six (6) or more hours shall be 5 given two (2) hours of work15-minute rest periods and an unpaid lunch period.

Section 7.4. 30 31 In the event an employee is assigned to a shift less than the normal work shift previously defined in the 31 32 Article, the employee shall be given a fifteen (15) minute rest period for each two (2) hours of work.

Section 7.4. 30 20 In the event an employee is assigned to a shift less than the normal work shift previously defined in the 31 21 this Article, the employee shall be given a fifteen (15) minute rest period for each two four (24) hours of 22 work.

Section 7.4. 30 43 In the event an employee is assigned to a shift less than the normal work shift previously 44 defined in the 31 this Article, the employee shall be given a fifteen (15) minute rest period for each 45 consecutive/continuous four (4) hours of work. Employees assigned six (6) or more hours shall 46 be given two (2) hours of work15-minute rest periods and an unpaid lunch period.

Section 7.4. 30 41 In the event an employee is assigned to a shift less than the normal work shift previously defined in the 31 42 this Article, the employee shall be given a fifteen (15) minute second half rest period for each two three 43 and one-half (23½) consecutive hours or more of work.. 44

Section 7.4. 30 24 In the event an employee is assigned to a shift less than the normal work shift previously defined in the 31 25 this Article, the employee shall be given a fifteen (15) minute rest period for each two four (24) hours of 26 work.

Section 7.4. 30 36 In the event an employee is assigned to a shift less than the normal work shift previously defined in the 31 Article, the 37 employee shall be given a fifteen (15) minute rest period for each two (2) hours of work.. 38
