Section 726. 5 of the CCP authorizes, under certain circumstances, a real estate-secured commercial lender to waive its lien against a parcel of "environmentally impaired" security (as therein defined) and ▇▇▇ the borrower without foreclosing on the real property collateral for the loan;

Section 726. 47 Except as provided in the following section, any vacation credit currently due but unused by the 48 new accrual date each year may be carried over for one (1) year to a maximum of twenty-five (25) 1 days following the accrual date with the approval of the immediate supervisor and administration. 2 No vacation may be carried over for more than one (1) year beyond the date on which it became 3 due; provided, however, no employee shall be denied accrued vacation benefits due to District 4 employment needs.
