Common use of Section 7.17 Clause in Contracts

Section 7.17. 42 All drivers shall be contracted for the days that Arlington Schools are in session plus any additional in- 43 service days. Work days and hours will be made known to the drivers at the time the annual assignments 44 are made. All drivers are required to work each of their contracted days and all of their contracted time.
