Common use of Section 7.12.2 Clause in Contracts

Section 7.12.2. 28 Emergency Leave requests shall be made on forms available in each school office and 29 addressed to the Superintendent of Schools. The request shall disclose the general purpose 30 for the leave in sufficient terms to establish compliance with the conditions noted in 32 possible after the employee discovers the need for the leave. The Superintendent shall notify 33 the employee of the determination within five (5) days of receipt of the application.

A completed request shall be submitted to the Superintendent as soon as 29 possible after the employee discovers the need for the leave.
