Common use of Section 7.1.1 Clause in Contracts

Section 7.1.1. During the summer months when school is not in session, employees who are scheduled to 20 work may, at the District's discretion, have the option of working four ten-hour days in lieu of 21 five eight hour days. The four days shall be Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through 22 Friday as designated by the District.
