Section 6.8.1.1 Clause Samples
Section 6.8.1.1. 46 An employee who is authorized by the Superintendent or designee to work extra time, 47 beyond the regularly assigned time (exclusive of overtime work), shall be compensated 48 for such extra time at the regular rate of pay. Should both parties mutually agree that 1 compensatory time will be provided in lieu of compensation, such compensatory time 2 will be equal to the extra time worked.
Section 6.8.1.1. The Supplemental Run sign-up sheet shall provide such information as date, destination, 2 starting time, and approximate length of time of the run, and whenever possible, supplemental runs shall be 3 posted for three (3) working days.
