Common use of Section 6.2.2 Clause in Contracts

Section 6.2.2. 14 Each shift of more than five (5) hours per day shall be allowed a thirty (30) minute 15 uninterrupted, unpaid lunch period and each employee working four (4) consecutive hours shall 16 receive a fifteen (15) minute rest period during the four (4) hour period.
