Section 5.4. Checkoff. The District shall deduct PSE dues from the pay of any employee who authorizes such deductions in 3 writing pursuant to RCW 41.56.110. The District shall transmit all such funds deducted to the 4 Treasurer of the Public School Employees of Washington on a monthly basis.
