Non-Discrimination. 7 Neither the District, nor the Association, shall discriminate against any employee subject to this 8 agreement on the basis of sex, race, creed, religion, color, national origin, age, marital status, 9 honorably discharged veteran or military status, sexual orientation including gender expression or 10 identity, the presence of any sensory, mental or physical disability, or the use of a trained dog guide or 11 service animal by a person with a disability which does not interfere with the performance of duties or 12 endanger the health or safety of the physically handicapped person or others.
