Common use of Section 22.12 Clause in Contracts

Section 22.12. 37 Any employee assigned to work after midnight will receive a twenty-five cent (25¢) per hour 38 differential for all hours worked that shift. 39 40 Section 22.13. 41 Classified employees shall, at their option, be eligible to participate in tax sheltered annuity plans of 42 their choice meeting Internal Revenue Code 403b for pre-tax deduction of non-state sponsored 43 retirement funds.
