Section 22.12. 37 Any employee assigned to work after midnight will receive a twenty-five cent (25¢) per hour 38 differential for all hours worked that shift. 39 40 Section 22.13. 41 Classified employees shall, at their option, be eligible to participate in tax sheltered annuity plans of 42 their choice meeting Internal Revenue Code 403b for pre-tax deduction of non-state sponsored 43 retirement funds. Changes to these plans may occur as granted by the offering institutions. 44
Section 22.12. 3 All regular bus drivers hired for student transportation shall be approved per Washington State Law.
Section 22.12. 8 The maximum approved ratio of apprentices to journey level employees shall be one-to-one (1:1). 9 If, at any given time, those requesting apprentice status exceeds the one-to-one (1:1) ratio, 10 employees shall be selected based upon seniority.
Section 22.12. 29 Drivers that take their buses in for maintenance will be paid their regular rate for driving time and half 30 of their regular rate for standby.
