Section 2 – Experience Clause Samples

Section 2 – Experience sets out the requirements for the level and type of experience that a party, typically a contractor or service provider, must possess to be eligible for the agreement. This clause may specify minimum years of relevant work, particular projects completed, or certifications held, and often requires supporting documentation or references as proof. Its core function is to ensure that only qualified and capable parties are engaged, thereby reducing the risk of poor performance or project failure.
Section 2 – Experience. A written narrative statement to include:  Experience in providing the services described herein  Staffing: Provide the names, qualifications, degrees, certifications such as NABCEP PV Installation Professional, experience and licenses of key employees, consultants, and sub- consultants to be assigned to the project to include a statement certifying background checks are performed on employees who will be present on school property. Provide the length (time and number of projects) of relationship the offeror has with the proposed employees, consultants, and sub-consultants.  Resumes of staff to be assigned to the project.  References: Provide at least four references for which work of a similar nature to that described herein was performed within the past three years. The reference should include the name, title, address, phone number, and email for the person on the owner’s team most intimate with the details of project being referenced. See Attachment A - Offeror Data Sheet. Pursuant to Virginia Code §2.2-4311.2(B), a bidder or offeror organized or authorized to transact business in the Commonwealth pursuant to Title 13.1 or Title 50 is required to include in its bid or proposal the identification number issued to it by the State Corporation Commission (SCC). Any bidder or offeror that is not required to be authorized to transact business in the Commonwealth as a foreign business entity under Title 13.1 or Title 50 or as otherwise required by law is required to include in its bid or proposal a statement describing why the bidder or offeror is not required to be so authorized.

  • Years Experience Company years experience in this category? This is an evaluation criterion worth a maximum of 10 points. See RFP for more information. (If applicable, vendor should download the Reseller/Dealers spreadsheet from the Attachments section, fill out the f orm and submit the document in the ”Response Attachments” RESELLERS section. EXAMPLE: BIGmart is a reseller of ACME brand televisions. If ACME were a TIPS awarded vendor, then ACME woul d list BIGmart as a reseller.

  • Previous Experience 31.01 New employees will be classified according to previous comparable experience for the purpose of establishing wage rates. The Co-operative shall not be required to recognize previous experience of new employees who have not worked in the same or similar business in the past two (2) years. Recognized credit for previous experience shall be applicable to qualifying employees commencing with the first working day following completion of said employee's probationary period. 31.02 It shall be the responsibility of the employee to supply proof of their previous experience prior to the completion of their probationary period. Otherwise, all claim for credit for previous experience shall be forfeited by the employee. 31.03 In the event of any disagreement as to credit granted for previous experience, such disagreement shall be considered a grievance, and the Grievance Procedure provided in the Agreement shall apply.

  • Work Experience A sabbatical leave may be granted for contracted work or externship with other educational institutions, government agencies, corporations, or foundations related to the applicant’s discipline. A detailed, specific plan must be submitted by the applicant and approved by the Salary and Leaves Committee as likely to improve the applicant’s teaching effectiveness, strengthen the College’s academic program, or otherwise bring a clear benefit to students.
