Common use of Section 19.1.2 Clause in Contracts

Section 19.1.2. 41 The maximum approved ratio of apprentice to journey level employees shall be one-to-one. If, 42 at any given time, those requesting apprentice status exceeds the one-to-one ratio, employees 43 shall be selected based upon seniority.

Section 19.1.2. 41 12 The maximum approved ratio of apprentice to journey level employees shall be one-to-one. If, 42 13 at any given time, those requesting apprentice status exceeds the one-to-one ratio, employees 43 14 shall be selected based upon seniority. For purposes of this Section only, the term "journey 15 level employees" means certificated staff members.
