Section 18.4. 32 If an evaluator determines that an employee's performance needs improvement, the evaluator will 33 develop and present an improvement plan to such employee, provided that this Article shall not be 34 construed in any way as prohibiting the District from disciplining or dismissing an employee whose 35 performance is determined to be unsatisfactory.
