Common use of Section 18.10.1 Clause in Contracts

Section 18.10.1. 16 A clothing allowance of three hundred dollars ($300.00) per year for work shirts, pants, coats, etc. 17 will be provided to all maintenance employees by the District. The District may, at its own 18 discretion, apply a clothing allowance to other District employees as needed.
