Common use of Section 17.3 Clause in Contracts

Section 17.3. 25 Salaries contained in Schedule A shall be for the entire term of this Agreement, subject to the terms 26 and conditions of Article XVIII, Section 18.3. Should the date of execution of this Agreement be 27 subsequent to the effective date, salaries, including overtime, shall be retroactive to the effective date.

Section 17.3. 25 12 Salaries contained in Schedule A shall be for the entire term of this Agreement, subject to the terms 26 13 and conditions of Article XVIII, Section 18.3. Should the date of execution of this Agreement be 27 14 subsequent to the effective date, salaries, including overtime, shall be retroactive to the effective date.

Section 17.3. 25 19 Salaries contained in Schedule A shall be for the entire term of this Agreement, subject to the terms 26 and 20 conditions of Article XVIII, Section 18.3. Should the date of execution of this Agreement be 27 subsequent 21 to the effective date, salaries, including overtime, shall be retroactive to the effective date.

Section 17.3. 25 15 Salaries contained in Schedule A shall be for the entire term of this Agreement, subject to the terms 26 and 16 conditions of Article XVIII, Section 18.318.3 and Article XVII, Section 17.9. Should the date of execution of 17 this Agreement be 27 subsequent to the effective date, unless otherwise specifically agreed to by both parties 18 in writing, salaries, including overtime, shall be retroactive to the effective date.

Section 17.3. 25 6 Salaries contained in Schedule A shall be for the entire term of this Agreement, subject to the terms 26 7 and conditions of Article XVIII, Section 18.3. Should the date of execution of this Agreement be 27 8 subsequent to the effective date, salaries, including overtime, shall be retroactive to the effective date.
