Common use of Section 17.3 Clause in Contracts

Section 17.3. 2 This Agreement may be reopened and modified at any time during its term upon mutual consent of the 3 parties in writing. In addition, this agreement shall be reopened as necessary to consider the impact of 4 any legislation enacted which occurs following execution of this agreement.
