Common use of Section 15.2.4 Clause in Contracts

Section 15.2.4. 2 If no settlement has been reached in the preceding subsection, and the Association believes the 3 grievance to be valid, a written statement of grievance shall be submitted within fifteen (15) 4 working days to the District Board of Directors. After such submission, the parties will have 5 thirty (30) working days to resolve the grievance. The Association reserves the right to appear 6 before the Board of Directors to explain the grievance. At any appearance before the Board of 7 Directors, the employee may be accompanied by an Association representative or designee. A 8 written statement indicating the disposition of the grievance shall be furnished the aggrieved.
