Section 17.10. Reclassification Requests. 30 Employees who believe that their position is not appropriately classified may file a reclassification 31 request during the months of November and April to Human Resources. Such request shall include the 32 employee’s proposed rationale of the request. No employee may generate more than one (1) request 33 during any school year. The Labor Management process referenced in Article VI shall either consider 34 the requests or authorize a different committee or subcommittee for consideration. November requests 35 which are reviewed and granted will take effect on January 1 of the school year in which the request 36 was reviewed. April requests which are reviewed and granted will take effect on September 1st of the 37 ensuing school year. 39 Section 17.11. 40 Employees whose positions are reclassified by the reclassification process or through negotiations shall 41 receive full step credit for placement on Schedule A.
