Section 17.10. Reclassification Requests. 2 Employees who believe that their position is not appropriately classified may file a reclassification 3 request during the months of November and April to Human Resources. Such request shall include the 4 employee’s proposed rationale of the request. No employee may generate more than one (1) request 5 during any school year. The Labor Management process referenced in Article VI shall either consider 6 the requests or authorize a different committee or subcommittee for consideration. November requests 7 which are reviewed and granted will take effect on January 1 of the school year in which the request was 8 reviewed. April requests which are reviewed and granted will take effect on September 1 of the ensuing 9 school year.
