Common use of Section 13.1 Clause in Contracts

Section 13.1. 35 A Job Evaluation Committee consisting of two (2) representatives from the District and two (2) 36 representatives from the Union shall review all newly created positions and those whose 37 workload and responsibilities have changed significantly. Requests for reevaluation of existing 38 positions will be made in writing to the Superintendent and Union President. The Committee 39 shall make a recommendation to the Superintendent for implementation. 41 Section 1.4. 42 The bargaining unit to which this Agreement is applicable shall consist of all classified employees in the 43 following general job classifications: Secretarial-Clerical, Paraeducators, Transportation, Custodial- 44 Maintenance, Food Service, Program Coordinators, Technology Coordinator and Technology Support 45 Technician. EXCEPTION: Personnel working in the District office.
