Section 12.1.4. 11 Effective 9/1/2019 through 12/31/2019, in the event individual employees do not utilize their 12 maximum entitlement, the District shall re-apportion any unused amount among employees 13 with insurance deductions from their pay. The pool will be calculated on the basis of the S275 14 workforce and FTE's. The pool will be calculated each month for the actual workforce FTE.
