Common use of Section 10.9.3 Clause in Contracts

Section 10.9.3. An employee shall forfeit rights to reemployment as provided in Section 10.9.1 if the employee 17 does not comply with the requirements of Section 10.9.2, or if the employee does not respond to 18 the offer of reemployment within fifteen (15) workdays.

Section 10.9.3. An employee shall forfeit rights to reemployment as provided in Section 10.9.1 10.8, if the employee 17 29 does not comply with the requirements of Section 10.9.2, or if the employee does not respond to 18 accept the offer of reemployment within fifteen five (155) workdaysworkdays and/or report for work 30 within eleven (11) workdays from date of offer.

Section 10.9.3. An employee shall forfeit rights to reemployment as provided in Section 10.9.1 10.9 if the employee 17 18 does not comply with the requirements of Section 10.9.2, or if the employee does not respond 19 to 18 the offer of reemployment within fifteen three (153) workdaysdays if communicated orally or seven (7) days if 20 written.
