Common use of Section 10.2.3 Clause in Contracts

Section 10.2.3. Upon approval from Human Resources, a job sharing arrangement may be authorized. Job 23 sharing shall be defined as two (2) Association members sharing one position. The parameters 24 relating to the job share arrangement will be determined by Human Resources.
