Section 6.11.2 Clause Samples

Section 6.11.2. All hours worked on the sixth (6th) consecutive day will be compensated at the rate of one and one- 10 half (1½) times the employee's base pay. All hours worked on the sixth (6th) consecutive day in 11 excess of eight (8) hours will be compensated at a rate twice the employee's base pay.
Section 6.11.2. 20 The shift shall be for ten and one-half (10-1/2) hours a day, including a thirty (30) minute 21 uninterrupted lunch period as near the middle of the shift as is practicable, and also including a 22 twenty (20) minute first half and a twenty (20) minute second half rest period, both of which 23 rest periods shall occur as near the middle of each half shift as is
Section 6.11.2. All hours compensated in excess of forty (40) hours in a normal week shall be compensated at the 3 rate of one and one-half (1 ½) times the employee's regular pay. A normal week is defined in 4 Section 6.1 as hours worked Monday through Sunday. Bus drivers are paid in accordance with 5 Section 6.8.
Section 6.11.2. 11 Any Bus Driver with thirty (30) minutes or less between assignments shall remain on 12 the clock for hourly compensation and possible work assignment purposes.
Section 6.11.2. Meals and lodging reimbursement for overnight trips will be in accordance with District policy.
