Common use of Section 10.2.2 Clause in Contracts

Section 10.2.2. Bus drivers who are assigned a regular run shall remain in a probationary status for a period of 7 not more than six (6) months following the hire date. During this probationary period the 8 District may discharge such employee at its discretion.
