Common use of Secrecy Clause in Contracts

Secrecy. If the Contract declares the subject matter of this Contract as coming under the Official Secrets Act, 1923 or if the contract is marked as “Secret”, the contractor shall take all reasonable steps necessary to ensure that all persons employed in any connection with the contract, have acknowledged their responsibilities and penalties for violations under the Official Secrets Act and any regulations framed thereunder.
