Common use of Secrecy Obligation Clause in Contracts

Secrecy Obligation. (1) The Employee agrees to maintain secrecy on all confidential matters and activities, in particular on business and operational secrets, that he gains knowledge of within the framework of his activities during his employment as well as after his leaving the employment relationship. The secrecy obligation shall also apply to the salary agreement as concluded.
