Secrecy and Safekeeping, Non-Solicitation. 15.1. The Contracting Parties shall be obliged to maintain secrecy with regard to any and all information, documents and data about which they may have gained knowledge of during initiation and performance of the Agreement and designated as confidential or which contain business or trade secrets or which are legally protected (collectively “Confidential Information”) and to neither make such available to third parties nor employ such for purposes other than contractually agreed.
