Seconded Arrangement. The Executive shall be seconded to FWEL in Reading, England or such other affiliate of the Company as determined by the Company and shall continue to remain an employee of the Company. The Executive remains eligible to participate in the Company's employee benefit plans as set forth in Section 3 of the Agreement and to receive U.S. social security benefits.
