Seconded Arrangement. The Executive shall be seconded to ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Management AG in Switzerland and shall continue to remain an employee of the Company. The Executive remain eligible to participate in the Company’s employee benefit plans as set forth in Section 3 of the Agreement and to receive U.S. social security benefits.
