A Seconded Arrangement clause defines the terms under which an employee of one organization is temporarily assigned to work for another organization while remaining employed by the original employer. Seconded Arrangement. The Executive shall be seconded to ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Management AG in Switzerland and shall continue to remain an employee of the Company. The Executive remain eligible to participate in the Company’s employee benefit plans as set forth in Section 3 of the Agreement and to receive U.S. social security benefits.
Seconded Arrangement. The Executive shall be seconded to FWEL in Reading, England or such other affiliate of the Company as determined by the Company and shall continue to remain an employee of the Company.
