Common use of Secondary Services Clause in Contracts

Secondary Services. (a) All Secondary Services, except sodding as noted in Sections 8.1 and 8.2, shall be completed within eighteen (18) months after the date of the issuance of the Preliminary Certificate of Completion of Primary Services. Once started, the Owner shall proceed with construction expeditiously until the Secondary Services are completed. (b) The Director of Operations may extend the time for completion of the Secondary Services for such length of time, as he may deem expedient upon the written application of the Owner and the written approval by the Director of Operations.
