SECONDARY LEARNING CENTERS. Twenty-seven (27) IEPs per full time certificated teacher. A 6.5 hour per day Paraeducator will be provided for each twenty-seven (27) IEPs, with a minimum of two (2) 6.5 hour paraeducators for each junior high/middle school and three (3) 6.5 hour Paraeducators for each high school, with the caveat that if the number of IEPs does not reach fifty-four (54) at a junior high/middle school or eighty-one (81) at a high school, one of the Paraeducators may be assigned other, non-LC duties for the portion of their assignment proportional to the number of LC students divided by 27 (in other words, non-LC assignments will be used to maintain the paraeducator at 6.5 hours per day). An additional 4 hour Paraeducator shall be provided when the number of additional IEPs beyond a multiple of twenty- seven (27) (e.g., 81, 108) is exceeded by thirteen (13), so that a Paraeducator is provided at the halfway point to the next multiple of twenty-seven (27). When the number of IEPs assigned exceeds thirty (30) for more than ten (10) consecutive days, relief will be $760 per semester. When the number of IEPs assigned exceeds thirty-three (33) for more than ten (10) consecutive days, relief will be $250 for each IEP. Such payment will be made in a lump sum at the first period following the end of the semester date.

  • Outpatient Dental Anesthesia Services This plan covers anesthesia services received in connection with a dental service when provided in a hospital or freestanding ambulatory surgical center and: • the use of this is medically necessary; and • the setting in which the service is received is determined to be appropriate. This plan also covers facility fees associated with these services.

  • PUBLIC WORKS AND BUILDING SERVICES CONTRACTS Work being done under a resulting Authorized User Agreement may be subject to the prevailing wage rate provisions of the New York State Labor Law. SHORT TERM EXTENSION In the event a replacement Contract has not been issued, any Contract let and awarded hereunder by the State, may be extended unilaterally by the State for an additional period of up to 3 months upon notice to the Contractor with the same terms and conditions as the original Contract including, but not limited to, prices and delivery requirements. With the concurrence of the Contractor, the extension may be for a period of up to 6 months in lieu of 3 months. However, this extension terminates should the replacement Contract be issued in the interim. PROCUREMENT INSTRUCTIONS Authorized Users should refer to the documents attached as Appendix G – Processes and Forms Templates for specific instructions on the usage of this Contract. OGS reserves the right to unilaterally make revisions, changes, additions and/or updates to the documents attached as Appendix G - Processes and Forms Templates without processing a formal amendment and/or modification.   • DEPENDENT PERSONAL SERVICES 1. Subject to the provisions of Articles 16, 18 and 19, salaries, wages and other similar remuneration derived by a resident of a Contracting State in respect of an employment shall be taxable only in that State unless the employment is exercised in the other Contracting State. If the employment is so exercised, such remuneration as is derived therefrom may be taxed in that other State.

  • Outpatient emergency and urgicenter services within the service area The emergency room copay applies to all outpatient emergency visits that do not result in hospital admission within twenty-four (24) hours. The urgicenter copay is the same as the primary care clinic office visit copay.

  • AIN Selective Carrier Routing for Operator Services, Directory Assistance and Repair Centers 4.3.1 BellSouth will provide AIN Selective Carrier Routing at the request of <<customer_name>>. AIN Selective Carrier Routing will provide <<customer_name>> with the capability of routing operator calls, 0+ and 0- and 0+ NPA (LNPA) 555-1212 directory assistance, 1+411 directory assistance and 611 repair center calls to pre-selected destinations.

  • Professional Growth and Improvement Plans A. Professional growth and improvement plans shall be developed as follows:

  • Traditional Medicine Cooperation 1. The aims of Traditional Medicine cooperation will be: (a) to build on existing agreements or arrangements already in place for Traditional Medicine cooperation; and (b) to promote information exchanges on Traditional Medicine between the Parties. 2. In pursuit of the objectives in Article 149 (Objectives), the Parties will encourage and facilitate, as appropriate, the following activities, including, but not limited to: (a) encouraging dialogue on Traditional Medicine policies and promotion of respective Traditional Medicine; (b) raising awareness of active effects of Traditional Medicine; (c) encouraging exchange of experience in conservation and restoration of Traditional Medicine; (d) encouraging exchange of experience on management, research and development for Traditional Medicine; (e) encouraging cooperation in the Traditional Medicine education field, mainly through training programs and means of communication; (f) having a consultation mechanism between the Parties' Traditional Medicine authorities; (g) encouraging cooperation in Traditional Medicine therapeutic services and products manufacturing; and (h) encouraging cooperation in research in the fields of Traditional Medicine in order to contribute in efficacy and safety assessments of natural resources and products used in health care.

  • Available Services Subject to the terms of this agreement, Manager may obtain any of the Available Services from Sprint Spectrum in accordance with the provisions of this Section 2.1. The Available Services offered from time to time and the fees charged for such Available Services will be set forth on the then-current Exhibit 2.1.1 (the "Available Services and Fees Schedule"). If Sprint Spectrum offers any new Available Service, it will deliver a new Exhibit 2.1.1 indicating the new service and the fee for the new service. Manager may select one or more of the categories of Available Services. If Manager selects a particular category of services it must take and pay for all of the services under the category selected; Manager may not select only particular services within that category. If Sprint Spectrum determines to no longer offer an Available Service and the service is not a Selected Service, then Sprint Spectrum may give Manager written notice at any time during the term of this agreement that Sprint Spectrum no longer offers the Available Service.

  • Counseling Services People choose to participate in counseling for a variety of reasons. For most, the purpose of counseling is to generally improve one’s overall quality of life by addressing issues of concern, such as anxiety, depression, marital difficulties, addiction, or grief. Individual experiences in counseling can be different, depending on factors such as the personalities of the client and therapist, the mode of counseling techniques that the therapist utilizes, the issue(s) being addressed, and the amount of effort that the client puts forth. Your initial sessions with Encourage Counseling Services will involve an evaluation of your needs. By the end of the evaluation, your therapist will be able to offer you some first impressions of what your work will include and a treatment plan to follow, if you decide to continue with therapy. You should evaluate this information along with your own opinions of whether you feel comfortable working with us. Therapy involves a commitment of time, money, and energy, so you should be very careful about the therapist you select. If you have questions about our procedures, you should discuss them with your therapist whenever they arise. If you wish, we will willingly provide you with referrals to other mental health professionals for a second opinion, as you always have the right to choose to continue to receive counseling services from us or to ask to be referred to someone else. Following the assessment period, which is typically one to two sessions, one 50-minute session will be scheduled per week. Sessions will occur at a time you and your therapist agree upon, although sessions may be scheduled more or less frequently according to your needs. It is important to note that if you are late to your appointment, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time. It should be noted that therapy can have benefits, as well as potential risks. Since therapy oftentimes involves discussing difficult aspects of your life, you may experience uncomfortable feelings such as sadness, guilt, anger, frustration, loneliness, and helplessness. Making changes in your beliefs or behaviors can be anxiety provoking, and can be disruptive to your current relationships. However, therapy has also been shown to have many benefits. For example, therapy often leads to better relationships, solutions to specific problems, and significant reductions in feelings of distress. Of course, every individual’s experience is different and there are no guarantees of what you will experience. Finally, the therapeutic relationship is ended after the last scheduled appointment, or when so stated by you or your therapist. As the client, you typically will be the one who decides when therapy will end, which usually occurs once you and your therapist agree that you have met your treatment goals. However, there are a few exceptions. One such exception is if your therapist does not believe that he/she is professionally able to meet your needs. This could possibly be because your therapist does not believe that he/she holds the proper training and skills to help you, due to the type of presenting problem that you have. In such a situation your therapist will refer you to another therapist who may be able to meet your counseling needs.
