Second Opinion. The MCO, consistent with the scope of the MCO’s benefit package, must provide for a second opinion from a qualified health care professional within the network. The MCO shall arrange for the member to obtain a second opinion outside the network, at no cost to the member, if the MCO does not have a health professional qualified to provide a second opinion.
