Common use of Second Opinion Clause in Contracts

Second Opinion. Global Commitment to Health enrollees served through the public insurance programs shall have the right to obtain a second opinion from a qualified health care professional, within the network of enrolled Medicaid providers, or arrange for the ability of the enrollee to obtain a second opinion by enrolling a qualified provider in the program, at no cost to the enrollee.
