Common use of Second Meeting Clause in Contracts

Second Meeting. If it is ascertained that no quorum exists for the meeting in accordance with § 17(c)(i) or the vote without a meeting in accordance with § 17(c)(ii), in case of a meeting the chair (Vorsitzender) may convene a second meeting in accordance with § 18(4) sentence 2 and § 15 paragraph 3 sentence 2 SchVG or in case of a vote without a meeting the scrutineer (Abstimmungsleiter) may convene a second meeting within the meaning of § 15 paragraph 3 sentence 3 SchVG. Attendance at the second meeting and exercise of voting rights is subject to the Bondholders' registration.
