Common use of Second Meal Period and Extensions Clause in Contracts

Second Meal Period and Extensions. (1) When the Company initiates a second meal period in a workday, the second meal period shall commence between the conclusion of the fourth hour of work and the conclusion of the sixth hour of work, calculated from the completion of the previous meal period. In the event that substantials are not provided following the first meal period, a second meal period will be initiated between the conclusion of the fourth hour of work and the conclusion of the fifth hour of work calculated from the completion of the previous meal period.
