Second Lien Loan Documents. (i) The Administrative Agent shall have received executed copies of the Second Lien Loan Documents, which shall be reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and shall be subject to the Intercreditor Agreement. (ii) The Administrative Agent shall have received evidence, in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent that, substantially simultaneously with the initial Credit Extension hereunder, the Second Lien Credit Agreement shall have been executed and delivered and the Second Lien Lenders shall have funded the Second Lien Initial Term Loan in connection therewith.
