SECC Responsibilities. SECC shall provide access to facilities for installation of the SYSTEM, and agrees to appoint a Project Manager who shall be responsible for review, analysis and acceptance of CONTRACTOR’s performance and the coordination of SECC personnel, equipment, vehicles and facilities. SECC’s Project Manager shall be empowered to make decisions with the authority to bind SECC with respect to the work being performed under this Agreement.
