SEC Stop Orders. As promptly as practicable after becoming aware thereof, notify such Registrable Securities Holders (and, in the event of an underwritten offering, the managing underwriters) of the issuance by the SEC of any notice of effectiveness or any stop order or other suspension of the effectiveness of the Registration Statement at the earliest possible time.
