The Trust and the Company agree that if and to the extent Rule 6e-2 or 6e-3(T) under the 1940 Act is amended or if Rule 6e-3 is adopted in final form, to the extent applicable the Portfolios and the Company shall each take such steps as may be necessary to comply with such Rules as amended or adopted in final form.
