Common use of SEC Provisions Clause in Contracts

SEC Provisions. The Employee understands that nothing contained in this Agreement limits the Employee’s ability to file a charge or complaint with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”). The Employee further understands that this Agreement does not limit the Employee’s ability to communicate with the SEC or otherwise participate in any investigation or proceeding that may be conducted by the SEC, including providing documents or other information, without notice to the Company. This Agreement does not limit the Employee’s right to receive an award for information provided to the SEC. This Section 7.1(a) applies only for the period of time that the Company is subject to the Xxxx-Xxxxx Act.
