SEAWORTHINESS OF THE VESSEL. The Owner will exercise due diligence to tender the Vessel to the Hirer at the commencement of this Agreement in a seaworthy condition and in all respects ready to perform the services set out in Box 9 Part I of this Agreement, but the Owner gives no other warranties express or implied.
