Seasonal Reassignments (Park Department). Due to the seasonal nature of the park department, the park employees will be seasonally reassigned to duties assigned through the Mayor’s office. Seniority will continue to accumulate in the Park Department during these reassignments and these employees will not receive a reduction in pay. These jobs will be general labor in nature and will include duties for which these individuals would be qualified. Management will work closely with Union to insure the rights of Union employees are not violated in the reassignment process.
