Common use of Search Reports Clause in Contracts

Search Reports. A written search report provided to Administrator by a search service acceptable to Administrator listing all effective financing statements that name Borrower or any Originator as debtor or assignor and that are filed in the jurisdictions in which filings were made pursuant to Section 7.1.5 above and in such other jurisdictions that Administrator shall reasonably request, together with copies of such financing statements (none of which shall cover any Collateral or interests therein or proceeds of any thereof), and tax and judgment lien search reports from a Person satisfactory to Administrator showing no evidence of such lien filed against Borrower or any Originator.
