Seals. The Facility Energy made available to Buyer by Seller under this Agreement shall be measured using Electric Metering Devices procured, installed, owned and maintained by Seller. All such Electric Metering Devices used to provide data for the computation of payments shall be sealed and Seller shall only break the seal when such Electric Metering Devices are inspected, tested, or adjusted in accordance with this Section 11.4. In the event that Seller breaks a seal, Seller shall notify Buyer as soon as practicable.
