Seals. The Facility Energy made available to Buyer by Seller under this Agreement shall be measured using Electric Metering Devices procured, installed, owned and maintained by Seller. All such Electric Metering Devices used to provide data for the computation of payments shall be sealed and Seller shall only break the seal when such Electric Metering Devices are inspected, tested, or adjusted in accordance with this Section 11.4. In the event that Seller breaks a seal, Seller shall notify Buyer as soon as practicable.

Where seal numbers are noted for whatever reason by PSA then no representation is made by PSA as to the accuracy of the number noted or to the condition of the seal.
