Seals. The following is substituted for section 242 of the Act : “242. The person responsible for the main station shall place in a large envelope, the envelopes mentioned at the second and third paragraph of article 241. He shall seal the large envelope. The person responsible for the main station and the representatives who wish to do so shall affix their initials to the seal of the large envelope.”.
